• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to the xt777 platform.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one active xt777 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. xt777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by xt777 may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xt777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

xt777 strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number. This adds a second layer of protection to your account and reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

You agree to notify xt777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any other security incident affecting your account. xt777 can be reached via the live chat support function available on the platform at any time.

xt777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from your sharing of login details, your use of an unsecured device or network, or your failure to notify xt777 promptly of a suspected compromise.

All financial transactions on the xt777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xt777 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions. Approved deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at xt777's sole discretion.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your xt777 account within two (2) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the xt777 payments team during business hours. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. • Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to the limits and conditions applicable to each method.

General bonus conditions applicable to all xt777 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's individual terms page.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xt777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any xt777 content in any medium without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any xt777 intellectual property.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any xt777 software or game.
• Use the xt777 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written consent from xt777.

xt777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. Gambling on xt777 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not — and should never be treated as — a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

All xt777 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost, available directly through the account settings section of the platform without the need to contact customer support:

• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or odds displayed on the xt777 platform that are subject to technical error.

xt777's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xt777 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

xt777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — xt777 will provide notice to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law, xt777 may update these Terms without advance notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon publication to the xt777 website.

Your continued use of the xt777 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting customer support.

xt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to your account.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have not recorded any login or real-money gaming activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as specified in the cashier section.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, xt777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account. Where an account is closed at xt777's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the xt777 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days of receipt.

In the event of a dispute relating to your use of the xt777 platform, including disputes regarding account balances, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or withdrawal processing, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written description of your complaint to xt777 customer support via the in-platform live chat or by emailing the support address listed in the footer of this website. Include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the game or transaction reference number where applicable, and a clear description of the issue.

All disputes must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. xt777 will not consider complaints submitted after this period has elapsed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xt777 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, to the extent that such disputes are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14 above.

Nothing in this clause shall limit xt777's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect xt777's rights or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
